There is nothing the Spirit of God cannot do, there is nothing the Lord cannot do.
I take time regularly to meditate on the power of God. His infinite, Supernatural, Omnipotent power of God.
God retorted to feelings and questions of Job – Job 38:2-6(AMP)2 Who is this that darkens counsel by words without knowledge? 3 Gird up now your loins like a man, and I will demand of you, and you declare to Me. 4 Where were you when I laid the foundation of the earth? Declare to Me, if you have and know understanding. 5 Who determined the measures of the earth, if you know? Or who stretched the measuring line upon it? 6 Upon what were the foundations of it fastened, or who laid its cornerstone, (continue)
Remember these questions are supernatural. The best option for Job or anyone is to surrender to the Omnipotent power of God – Job 42:1-6(AMP)1 THEN JOB said to the Lord, 2 I know that You can do all things, and that no thought or purpose of Yours can be restrained or thwarted. 3 [You said to me] Who is this that darkens and obscures counsel [by words] without knowledge? Therefore [I now see] I have [rashly] uttered what I did not understand, things too wonderful for me, which I did not know. 4 [I had virtually said to You what You have said to me:] Hear, I beseech You, and I will speak; I will demand of You, and You declare to me. 5 I had heard of You [only] by the hearing of the ear, but now my [spiritual] eye sees You. 6 Therefore I loathe [my words] and abhor myself and repent in dust and ashes. This is the attitude God wants us to have in other to receive from the supernatural.
It is important we come to the point where we are definitely certain that God can do anything and everything at all times.
I mean to the point we can no longer underestimate the power and the limit of God’s ability.
Isa 14:27(TLB)27 The Lord, the God of battle, has spoken-who can change his plans? When his hand moves, who can stop him?”
Job 23:11-14 (TLB)11 “I have stayed in God’s paths, following his steps. I have not turned aside. 12 I have not refused his commandments but have enjoyed them more than my daily food. 13 Nevertheless, his mind concerning me remains unchanged, and who can turn him from his purposes? Whatever he wants to do, he does. 14 So he will do to me all he has planned, and there is more ahead.
Ps 33:10-11(NIV)The Lord foils the plans of the nations; he thwarts the purposes of the peoples. 11 But the plans of the Lord stand firm forever, the purposes of his heart through all generations.
Ps 135:6(NIV)The Lord does whatever pleases him, in the heavens and on the earth, in the seas and all their depths.
Rom 9:20-21 (NLT)20 No, don’t say that. Who are you, a mere human being, to argue with God? Should the thing that was created say to the one who created it, “Why have you made me like this?”
This is the confidence we ought to have that our God can do anything and no one can stop Him..
Whatsoever pleases Him in heaven or on earth He does – Ps 115:3-13(TLB)3 For he is in the heavens and does as he wishes. When you are clothed with the promises of God, no ‘juju’ nor demon can stop you.
Isa 43:13(TLB)13 From eternity to eternity I am God. No one can oppose what I do.”
Anyone who does not understand the power or depth of His supernatural sovereignty will underestimate it until one receives this revelation.
What miracle can He not perform?
Let your heart be focused on the Omnipotence of God.
Matt 24:35(KJV) Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
If you catch this word, you have caught everything.
His is the only instrument you need to conquer all situations.
When the disciples of Jesus said to him “who then can be saved, He answered in Matt 19:26(KJV)With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.
As I beheld humanity trooping to the platform and kneeling down for prayers over diverse kinds of challenges, what come to my mind is “with men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.
The supernatural is miraculous in operation.
Years ago, I preached on Heb 11:11 ( Through faith also Sara herself received strength to conceive seed, and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she judged him faithful who had promised.) My wife, listening intently, caught a rhema that gave her conception for our son after menopause and my son was born 1993 11/11.
The supernatural angel exerts and commands such authority .
Luke 1:13-19(TLB)13 But the angel said, “Don’t be afraid, Zacharias! For I have come to tell you that God has heard your prayer, and your wife, Elizabeth, will bear you a son! And you are to name him John. 14 You will both have great joy and gladness at his birth, and many will rejoice with you. 15 For he will be one of the Lord’s great men. He must never touch wine or hard liquor-and he will be filled with the Holy Spirit, even from before his birth! 16 And he will persuade many a Jew to turn to the Lord his God. 17 He will be a man of rugged spirit and power like Elijah, the prophet of old; and he will precede the coming of the Messiah, preparing the people for his arrival. He will soften adult hearts to become like little children’s, and will change disobedient minds to the wisdom of faith.” 18 Zacharias said to the angel, “But this is impossible! The supernatural Holy Ghost shall come upon thee and the power of the highest shall overshadow thee.
V 28-35 “28 Gabriel appeared to her and said, “Congratulations, favored lady! The Lord is with you!” 29 Confused and disturbed, Mary tried to think what the angel could mean. 30 “Don’t be frightened, Mary,” the angel told her, “for God has decided to wonderfully bless you! 31 Very soon now, you will become pregnant and have a baby boy, and you are to name him ‘Jesus.’ 32 He shall be very great and shall be called the Son of God. And the Lord God shall give him the throne of his ancestor David. 33 And he shall reign over Israel forever; his Kingdom shall never end!” 34 Mary asked the angel, “But how can I have a baby? I am a virgin.” 35 The angel replied, “The Holy Spirit shall come upon you, and the power of God shall overshadow you; so the baby born to you will be utterly holy-the Son of God.
We are dealing with the supernatural power of God that can do anything.
The Angel said to Cornelius your prayers and your alms stand as a memorial before God. When your prayer and alms become a memorial, then the supernatural will visit you. Acts 10:30-31(NKJV)30 So Cornelius said, “Four days ago I was fasting until this hour; and at the ninth hour I prayed in my house, and behold, a man stood before me in bright clothing, 31 and said, ‘Cornelius, your prayer has been heard, and your alms are remembered in the sight of God.A lot of people seem forgotten and abandoned – example the woman with the spirit of infirmity and was bound 18 years.
The Lord moves into the affairs of man’s helplessness and turned them around Luke 13:10-13(NLT)10 One Sabbath day as Jesus was teaching in a synagogue, 11 he saw a woman who had been crippled by an evil spirit. She had been bent double for eighteen years and was unable to stand up straight. 12 When Jesus saw her, he called her over and said, “Dear woman, you are healed of your sickness!” 13 Then he touched her, and instantly she could stand straight. How she praised God!
the man abandoned in Bethesda – John 5:6-8(KJV)6 When Jesus saw him lie, and knew that he had been now a long time in that case, he saith unto him, Wilt thou be made whole?7 The impotent man answered him, Sir, I have no man, when the water is troubled, to put me into the pool: but while I am coming, another steppeth down before me.8 Jesus saith unto him, Rise, take up thy bed, and walk.
The moment where we are now; we are in for supernatural operations
